The price includes:
- participation in the conference;
- full board during the conference;
- evening networking dinner;
- conference materials.
* Applies to papers selected for presentation at the conference.
The review process for submitted papers will be conducted by the scientific committee based on the abstracts sent to: konferencja@pimot.lukasiewicz.gov.pl by October 9, 2026.
Guidelines for preparing an abstract are available on the conference website in the “Downloads” section.
Notification that a paper has been accepted for presentation will be sent to the author once the selection process is complete. Space is limited.
AND STANDARD 1,500 PLN + 23% VAT
The price includes:
- the opportunity to deliver a paper or presentation during the industry and promotional session;
- including the Partner’s logo on conference materials;
- posting an active logo on the conference website that links to the Partner’s website;
- the opportunity to distribute the Partner’s promotional materials during the event;
- displaying the Partner’s roll-up banner in the conference plenary hall;
- the opportunity for a Partner to showcase its offerings in the exhibition area.
II PREMIUM 2,500 PLN + 23% VAT
The price includes:
- scope of the standard package;
- Displaying the Partner’s vehicle/equipment outside the building during the event.

Please submit your conference registration via the registration form at https://pimot.lukasiewicz.gov.pl/konferencja-formularz/ by October 31, 2026.
The number of spots for conference participants for the conference is limited. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Submitting the registration form constitutes a legally binding commitment to cover the costs of conference participation and consent to the issuance of an invoice.
Withdrawal after November 2, 2026, requires the participant to cover all costs associated with participation.
Fees
The conference fee must be paid by October 31, 2026.

In connection with the 4th Scientific and Technical Conference “AUTONOMIC VEHICLES – challenges and opportunities for the economy and state defense”, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2), we are providing the following information.
Data Controller
The data controller is the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Automotive Industry Institute, with its registered office in Warsaw at 55 Jagiellońska Street, 03-301 Warsaw. You can contact the data controller in writing at the registered office address or by email at: Instytutu@pimot.lukasiewicz.gov.pl.
Data Protection Officer The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted in writing regarding matters related to personal data protection via email at iod@pimot.lukasiewicz.gov.pl or by traditional mail to the Controller’s registered office address, with the note “Personal Data.”
Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) Registration for and participation in the conference – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract;
b) Communication between the organizer and participants – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the legitimate interests of the data controller;
c) Accounting and tax settlement – Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation;
d) Publication of participants’ images (photographs and video recordings) – Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – consent;
e) Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the legitimate interests of the data controller.
Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data may be disclosed to:
co-organizers;
providers of IT, accounting, and legal services;
photographers and entities providing event support services;
public authorities and other entities authorized under applicable law.
Transfer of Personal Data Outside the EU/EEA
Personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA).
Data Retention Period
Personal data will be retained:
for the duration of the contract and the organization of the event;
thereafter, for the period required under applicable tax and accounting regulations;
in the event of legal claims, until the applicable limitation period has expired;
where processing is based on consent, until such consent is withdrawn.
Rights of the Data Subject
Each data subject has the right to access their personal data, request its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, to object to the processing of their personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
In addition, each data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych – UODO).
Information on the Obligation to Provide Personal Data
Providing the personal data marked as mandatory is necessary in order to participate in the conference. Providing any other personal data is voluntary.
