The price includes:

  • participation in the conference;
  • full board during the conference;
  • evening networking dinner;
  • conference materials.

* Applies to papers selected for presentation at the conference.

The review process for submitted papers will be conducted by the scientific committee based on the abstracts sent to: konferencja@pimot.lukasiewicz.gov.pl by October 15, 2024.

Each paper may be presented by one person, which means that only one of the authors may present the paper at the event, and that person’s participation in the conference is free of charge.

Guidelines for preparing an abstract are available in the “Downloads” section. Authors whose papers have been accepted for presentation will be notified once the selection process is complete. Space is limited.

  • displaying the Partner’s roll-up banner in the conference plenary hall;
  • the opportunity for a Partner to showcase its offerings in the exhibition area.

II PREMIUM 2,500 PLN + 23% VAT

The price includes:

  • scope of the standard package;
  • Displaying the Partner’s vehicle/equipment outside the building during the event.

The number of spots for conference participants is limited. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Submitting the registration form constitutes a legally binding commitment to pay the conference participation fee and consent to the issuance of an invoice.

Withdrawal after November 10, 2024, requires the participant to cover all costs associated with participation.

In connection with the upcoming 2nd Scientific and Technical Conference “AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES – Challenges and Opportunities for the Economy and National Defense,” in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Article 13, paragraphs 1 and 2), we are providing the following information.
Administrator:
Łukasiewicz Research Network – Industrial Automotive Institute, with its registered office in Warsaw at 55 Jagiellońska St., 03-301 Warsaw
Data Protection Officer:
The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Supervisor who can be contacted in matters relating to the protection of personal data in writing via e-mail at the following address: iod@pimot.lukasiewicz.gov.pl or by traditional mail to the address of the Controller’s registered office with the note “Personal data”.
Purposes and legal basis for processing:
a) Establishing contact with event participants – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the Controller’s legitimate interest in contacting event participants.
b) Registration and communication with participants as part of organizational activities preceding the event, as well as the delivery of selected materials after the event – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract.
c) Event accounting – Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject – accounting and tax services, including invoicing.
d) Maintaining a list of participants – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the Controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring safety during the event.
e) Documenting the event in the form of videos and digital photographs in any format – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the Controller’s legitimate interest in promoting the event on its website and on official social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Portal X). By registering for the event, participants consent to the dissemination of their likeness.
f) Compiling statistics and reports, and archiving data for the Controller’s internal purposes related to the number of event participants – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the Controller’s legitimate interest.
g) Asserting or defending against potential claims related to the organization of the event—Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR—the Controller’s legitimate interest in being able to establish, assert, or defend against claims.
Data Recipients:
Personal data may be disclosed to entities authorized to receive it under applicable law. The data may be disclosed to the event’s co-organizer. The data may be transferred to entities involved in organizing the event, including photographers and IT service providers, as well as postal operators, couriers, banks, law firms, and debt collection agencies.
Personal data processing period:
Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and thereafter for the period specified by tax and accounting regulations. In connection with the pursuit of claims, data may be stored until the statute of limitations expires, but no longer than 3 years.
In the case of data processed on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest, until an objection is filed.
Rights of persons:
Every person has the right to request access to their data, rectification, deletion, transfer, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Permission to distribute an image may be withdrawn at any time. Distribution occurring prior to the withdrawal of permission cannot be challenged.
Providing Data:
Providing personal data is necessary to enter into a contract.
