Fees for the issuance or recognition of a national certificate are regulated by the Law on Approval Systems for Vehicles and Their Equipment (Journal of Laws 2023, item 919).

According to Article 69 of the Law, the amount of the fee for:

• 10) the fee for recognizing a national individual vehicle approval certificate issued by a European Union member state other than the Republic of Poland
  may not exceed 800 zł;
• 11) the fee for issuing an EU individual vehicle approval certificate—may not exceed 800 zł.

The fees will be paid by the manufacturer based on a document issued by TDT after the matter has been reviewed.
