and 2), we are providing the following information.<br><strong>Administrator:<br\/><\/strong>\u0141ukasiewicz Research Network \u2013 Industrial Automotive Institute, with its registered office in Warsaw at 55 Jagiello\u0144ska St., 03-301 Warsaw <br><strong>Data Protection Officer:<br\/><\/strong> The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Supervisor who can be contacted in matters relating to the protection of personal data in writing via e-mail at the following address: iod@pimot.lukasiewicz.gov.pl or by traditional mail to the address of the Controller&#8217;s registered office with the note &#8220;Personal data&#8221;.<br><strong>Purposes and legal basis for processing:<br\/><\/strong>a) Establishing contact with event participants \u2013 Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR \u2013 the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest in contacting event participants.<br\/>b) Registration and communication with participants as part of organizational activities preceding the event, as well as the delivery of selected materials after the event \u2013 Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR \u2013 performance of a contract.<br\/>c) Event accounting \u2013 Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR \u2013 compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject \u2013 accounting and tax services, including invoicing.<br\/>d) Maintaining a list of participants \u2013 Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR \u2013 the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest in ensuring safety during the event.<br\/>e) Documenting the event in the form of videos and digital photographs in any format \u2013 Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR \u2013 the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest in promoting the event on its website and on official social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Portal X). By registering for the event, participants consent to the dissemination of their likeness.<br\/>f) Compiling statistics and reports, and archiving data for the Controller\u2019s internal purposes related to the number of event participants \u2013 Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR \u2013 the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest.<br\/>g) Asserting or defending against potential claims related to the organization of the event\u2014Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR\u2014the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest in being able to establish, assert, or defend against claims.                 <br><strong>Data Recipients:<\/strong> <br\/>Personal data may be disclosed to entities authorized to receive it under applicable law. The data may be disclosed to the event\u2019s co-organizer. The data may be transferred to entities involved in organizing the event, including photographers and IT service providers, as well as postal operators, couriers, banks, law firms, and debt collection agencies.   <br><strong>Personal data processing period: <br\/><\/strong>Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and thereafter for the period specified by tax and accounting regulations. In connection with the pursuit of claims, data may be stored until the statute of limitations expires, but no longer than 3 years.<br\/>In the case of data processed on the basis of the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest, until an objection is filed. <br><strong>Rights of persons:<br\/><\/strong> Every person has the right to request access to their data, rectification, deletion, transfer, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.<br\/> Permission to distribute an image may be withdrawn at any time.
