In many cases, it is impossible to perform such an experiment on a vehicle, either for technological reasons or due to the cost of the experiment. An alternative to testing on a real object is numerical testing. The models used for computer simulation contain a number of simplifications that have a decisive impact on the quality of the results obtained. To minimize the number of these simplifications, our Institute offers research in the development of data for modeling vehicle dynamics.    <\/p><p>1. vehicle<\/p><ul><li>The weight of the vehicle in the indicated load states, the distribution of weight between axles and wheels.<\/li><li>Linear and angular dimensions of the vehicle (track width, wheelbase, static radius of road wheels, length, width, height, front overhang, rear overhang, ground clearance, angle of attack, angle of descent).<\/li><li>Location of the center of mass of the vehicle.<\/li><li>Vehicle moments of inertia.<\/li><li>Weight of unsprung components.<\/li><li>Frontal area of the vehicle.<\/li><li>Vehicle drag coefficient.<\/li><\/ul><p>2. the sprung part of the vehicle<\/p><ul><li>Weight of the sprung part.<\/li><li>Location of the center of mass of the sprung part.<\/li><li>Torsional rigidity of the vehicle body\/frame.<\/li><\/ul><p>3. suspension system<\/p><ul><li>Stiffness of suspension spring elements.<\/li><li>Replacement stiffness of the entire suspension.<\/li><li>Damping coefficient of vehicle suspension components.<\/li><li>Stabilizer torsional stiffness coefficient.<\/li><\/ul><p>4. running wheels<\/p><ul><li>Geometric dimensions of the tire.<\/li><li>Transverse, radial, circumferential stiffness of the tire.<\/li><li>Longitudinal sliding stiffness, transverse wheel.<\/li><li>Moment of inertia of a wheel with respect to the axis of rotation of the wheel.<\/li><li>Coefficient of longitudinal, transverse adhesion of road wheels on the indicated type of ground.<\/li><li>Indicated physical quantities that characterize the footprint of tire contact.<\/li><\/ul><p>5. propulsion system<\/p><ul><li>Vehicle engine speed characteristics.<\/li><\/ul><p>6. steering system<\/p><ul><li>Characteristics of steering kinematics.<\/li><li>Steering rigidity.<\/li><\/ul><p>7 Interior<\/p><ul><li>Determination of elastic and damping characteristics of the suspension of cabs, seats and cargo boxes.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One of the methods of studying the dynamic properties of a vehicle is to conduct tests using a real object.
