granting or amending a type-approval certificate for an item of equipment or a part are regulated by the Law on Approval Systems for Vehicles and Their Equipment<a href=\"https:\/\/isap.sejm.gov.pl\/isap.nsf\/download.xsp\/WDU20230000919\/O\/D20230919.pdf\">(Journal of Laws 2023, item 919<\/a>).<\/p><p>According to Article 69 of the Law, the amount of the fee for:   <\/p><ul><li>14) issuance of an EU type-approval certificate &#8211; shall not exceed PLN 400;<\/li><li>15) changes to the EU type-approval certificate &#8211; shall not exceed PLN 200;<\/li><li>16) issuance of a UN type-approval certificate &#8211; shall not exceed PLN 400;<\/li><li>17) changes to the UN type-approval certificate &#8211; shall not exceed PLN 200.<\/li><\/ul><p>The fee is payable by the manufacturer on the basis of a bill issued by the Transport Technical Supervision after reviewing the manufacturer&#8217;s application for granting or
