laboratory conducts comprehensive testing of vehicles, their assemblies and equipment components, allowing the reproduction of actual operating conditions under controlled laboratory conditions.<\/h5><h5>The research covers both the effects of mechanical loads and the influence of environmental factors, enabling the evaluation of the durability, reliability and safety of structures at various stages of development and use.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-943adce elementor-widget__width-initial durability and reliability testing of vehicle components, assemblies and structures, including:<ul><li>coupling devices, i.e.: drawbars, fifth wheel couplings, mounting plates, drawbar couplings, drawbar eyes, ring drawbar eyes, drawbeams, towing frames, locating plate couplings, pitonfix type pin couplings, k80 type couplings, tractor drawbar couplings, ball coupling devices, coupling heads,<\/li><li>Vehicle suspension components: shock absorbers, leaf springs and air springs,<\/li><li>Steel, aluminum and composite wheel rims,<\/li><li>Complete and incomplete vehicles in the development, validation and operation stages.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Tests of resistance to static and dynamic loads, in the range of compressive and tensile forces up to 1,000 kN, allowing to assess the behavior of the structure under operating conditions;<\/li><li>Vibration and vibration resistance testing of vehicle components, assemblies and equipment, including durability and functional testing to assess the impact of vibrations on safety and comfort;<\/li><li>Tests of resistance to vertical forcing from the road surface, carried out under laboratory conditions, including in accordance with the requirements of ISO 8608.<\/li><li>Environmental tests, including the effects of varying and extreme temperature and humidity conditions, carried out alone or in combination with mechanical loading and vibration and vibration resistance tests to simulate actual operating conditions;<\/li><li>Tests carried out for the certification and approval of automotive products, in particular:<ul><li>Air springs and their diaphragms,<\/li><li>Driving simulators for cars, trucks and buses,<\/li><li>rigid towing designed for passenger vehicles and trucks.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Analyses of driving comfort and the effects of vibrations on humans, including acceleration measurements and time- and frequency-domain analyses, in accordance with current standardized documents.<\/li><\/ul><p>In addition, the Laboratory offers engineering and expert support in interpreting test results, validating designs, and optimizing technical solutions at the design and development stage of vehicles and their components.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-668b37b elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"668b37b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Key research positions:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-16ae0b6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"16ae0b6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>MTS Systems M.A.S.T.<i>(Multi Axial Simulation Table<\/i>) vibration test stand, equipped with a top working device (so-called effector), allowing simultaneous operation in six degrees of freedom. The bench&#8217;s operating parameters include: linear accelerations of up to 14 g in the X and Y axes and up to 18 g in the Z axis; angular velocities: tilt up to 8\u00b0\/s, roll up to 8\u00b0\/s and yaw up to 5.5\u00b0\/s. The maximum mass of the test object is 1000 kg, and the maximum operating frequency is 100\/150 Hz. In addition, the exciter cooperates with a climatic chamber. Simultaneous vibration testing can be carried out under varying environmental conditions in the temperature range of -40\u00b0C to +120\u00b0C, humidity range of 20% to 80%;    <\/li><li>&#8220;Road Simulator&#8221; type test stand from MTS Systems, model 206.20 and 206.30, designed for dynamic testing of passenger vehicles, trucks, tractors weighing up to 16.0 t<i>(4-poster tire coupled test rig<\/i>). The device is equipped with four servo-hydraulic columns with built-in displacement sensors with an operating range of \u00b150mm and \u00b1100mm. The rig is capable of generating vertical excitations from the road, allowing testing of two-, three- and four-wheeled vehicles;  <\/li><li>MTS Systems electrohydraulic testing machines, model 810, designed for static and dynamic load testing in the force range up to 250 kN and 500 kN;<\/li><li>MTS Systems electro-hydraulic test stands, series 201 and 244, designed for testing static and dynamic load resistance in the range of forces up to 1000 kN, enabling independent operation of more than 25 workstations and implementation of multi-load and multi-axis tests;<\/li><li>Electro-hydraulic test stand for testing the resistance of mounting plates and fifth wheel couplings designed for trucks to dynamic and static loads;<\/li><li>Electro-pneumatic test stands for testing the resistance of wheel rims made of steel, light alloys and composites to: bending, radial load and impact;<\/li><li>A climate chamber that allows cyclic environmental testing in a temperature range of -40\u00b0C to 120\u00b0C and relative humidity of 20% to 80%;<\/li><li>MTS Systems electrohydraulic shaker, model 248.05S, designed to implement transportability tests.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7879d17 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>DTS Pro<\/strong> mobile data acquisition system with transducers of dynamic quantities, which enables high-frequency recording of dynamic signals such as force, displacement, acceleration or pressure, which allows conducting vibration and vibration resistance tests, impact tests including fatigue tests both under reproducible laboratory conditions and in the field;<\/li><li>Data acquisition systems equipped with force transducers enable accurate measurement of static and dynamic forces to support strength, fatigue and vibration testing of materials and structural components, while being able to integrate with electrohydraulic controllers to control closed-loop loads and synchronize measurements in real time;<\/li><li>MTS Systems&#8217; electrohydraulic controllers, which include <strong>FlexTest II CTC, FlexTest SE, FlexTest 40, FlexTest 60 and FlexTest 100<\/strong> models, allow precise control of force, displacement and velocity in material and structural tests, in both static, fatigue and dynamic tests; the controllers enable multi-channel operation, programming of test sequences and full automation of test procedures, with their integration with data acquisition systems ensuring full synchronization of measurement and control. <br>The entire system is complemented by MTS Systems software, including <strong>MTS 793, MPT, MPe, TestSuite and RPC Pro<\/strong>, which is used to control test systems, record data, process signals, analyze material parameters and generate technical of mechanical coupling components of agricultural vehicle assemblies.<\/li><li>Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015\/208 with regard to requirements for the functional safety of vehicles for the approval of agricultural and forestry vehicles,<\/li><li>Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021\/535 &#8211; regarding requirements for type approval of motor vehicle towing hitches,<\/li><li>Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 44\/2014 of November 21, 2013. supplementing Regulation (EU) No. 168\/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to vehicle construction and general requirements for the approval of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles.<\/li><\/ul><p>In addition, it conducts research to confirm compliance or tow bars,<\/li><li>WT\/001\/PIMOT\/12 &#8211; Air springs and diaphragms,<\/li><li>WT\/009\/PIMOT\/24 &#8211; tow intended for passenger vehicles and trucks. Requirements and tests,<\/li><li>WT\/019\/PIMOT\/2019 &#8211; Wheels with pneumatic tires. Disc wheels,<\/li><li>WT\/112\/PIMOT\/05 &#8211; Coupling device pins.
